What We Offer
Counselling & Psychotherapy
We offer one to one Counselling and Psychotherapy to individuals struggling with stress anxiety, relationship issues (including domestic abuse and control, fertility issues, menopause, life changes, work related stress, grief and Loss including the loss of a child through miscarriage or stillbirth, We also offer support to older people who are experiencing lonliness
Individual sessions cost £40 per session
Couples Counselling
We offer Relationship Counselling to couples struggling with communication, infidelity, life changes, intimacy, sexual issues and parenting
Couples Counselling Sessions start at £50 per session
Children & Young people
We offer one to one CYP Counselling to young people from the age of 13yrs to 25 yrs. We support young people with anxiety, seperation, educational stress, peer relationships, eating disorders, peer pressure, adverse experiences and behavioural issues
Children and Young People Counselling session start at £40 per session
Therapeutic Workshops
We offer a number of Therapeutic Workshops Including:
Stress Management
Anxiety Management
Anger Awareness/Management
Healthy relationships
Self Esteem Building
Therapeutic Workshops start at £45 per person with a minimal of a group of 10 participants
CPD Workshops
We offer CPD Group Workshops including:
Professional & ethical Record Keeping
Suicide Intervention in Counselling
Vicarious Trauma, Compassion Fatigue & Burnout
Erotic Transference
Working with Abusive Relationships
Online & Telephone Counselling
We can also tailor workshops to suit individual agencies
CPD Workshops start at £60 Per Person per 4hour workshop
Supervision
We offer one to one Supervision to Counsellors, Psychotherapists and Support Workers as well as Agency external and Consultative Supervision
Supervision Fees Start at £50 for one to one and £80 per hour for Group
Who We Are
Meet our Clinical Lead Sarah Curran.
Sarah has over 30yrs experience working with mental health 25yrs of which are as a Practicing Psychotherapist. Sarah has worked in numerous areas of mental health over the years including; Individual Therapy, Couples Counselling, CBT, Trauma, Addictions, Family Support, Crime Related Behaviour through Probation Board Northern Ireland and Northern Ireland Prison Service as well as working with parents and young people through Youth Justice Agency and Social Services. Sarah has also in depth experience of working with Domestic Abuse.
Sarah Currently offers Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, Clinical Supervision as well as Consultative Supervision
Caitriona Benson: Counselling Co Ordinator & Integrative Counsellor
Caitriona is our Counselling Co Ordinator. She also currently works with clients and offers Individual Therapy to peoples struggling with life stressors, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, grief and loss as well as psychoeducation. She work from an Integrative perspective including Humanistic, CBT and Psychodynamic. Her style of approach offers individuals a platform to explore past issues and current stressors.
Caitriona currently specialises in working with life changes and manageability to people struggling with MS.


Helen McIntyre:
Mental Health Worker
Helen offers one to one support to individuals experiencing mental health issues who are struggling with motivation, self worth, and relational issues. She offers Psychoeducation, Listening Ear and Goal Setting. Halen has in-depth experience of working with Mental Health and the application of techniques to support individuals in their struggles
Alex Finley: Integrative Counsellor
Alex is and Integrative Counsellor with an educational background in Law. She works with individuals struggling with OCD, Depression, Anxiety and Life Stressors. She offers Generic Counselling, CBT and Trauma Informed Practice
Alex Specialises in Bereavement Counselling including the loss of a child through miscarriage, still birth or sudden death (SANDS Trained)


Kathleen Crossan: Integrative Counsellor
Kathleen (known as Kat) is an Integrative Counsellor. She currently offers Person Centred Counselling, CBT and Mental Support to individuals struggling with Low moods/depression, lack of motivation, feeling stuck as well as people struggling to start a family.
Kathleen Specialising in fertility issues and the psychological distress experienced by women struggling in this area. Kathleen is trained within this specialised area.
Samantha Taitt: Children/ Young People and Adult Counsellor
Samantha (known as Sam) is a Children & Young People's Counsellor. She currently offers Person Centred Counselling to adults struggling with life stressors including parenting issues, lack of motivation, low moods and Anxiety.
Samantha is CYP Trained and Specialises in working with young people from the age of 13yrs.


Aine Brearty: Integrative Counsellor
Aine currently offer counselling support to individuals experiencing low moods, anxiety and lack of self worth.
Aine specialises in working with Domestic Abuse, Psychoeducation and Therapeutic Group Facilitation
Clinical Supervision
We offer Clinical Supervision to a range of Mental Health Professionals
Supervision is a major factor in Health Professions as providers and in order to be fully available for others we must also take care of our own wellbeing. Supervision provides a safe space for self reflections and growth. it also provides a space for problem solving, exploring and learning new techniques and remain ethical within our practice. In essence Supervision assists in enhancing good practice, ensures ethical and effective work with service users and promotes the wellbeing of Health Care and Mental Professionals
